Allied Universal® is hiring a Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing and business development teams. This role is instrumental in developing compelling content for client-facing proposals, marketing collateral, and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent writing and formatting skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. 

This is not a remote position - candidates must work out of our Raleigh, NC office. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research, write, and organize marketing content and proposal responses in a clear, professional, and brand-compliant manner.
  • Draft and format content for RFPs, RFIs, client proposals, and capability statements.
  • Assist in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage a variety of marketing and proposal projects concurrently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical input and tailor messaging for proposals.
  • Develop presentation materials and client deliverables for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain consistency in writing tone, structure, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Track project progress and performance metrics using Salesforce and other tools.
  • Support the maintenance and execution of a content calendar for emails, social media, and internal communications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of proposals and marketing collateral under tight deadlines.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Required:
    • Must possess one or more of the following:
      • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or English
      • An Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or English with a minimum of one (1)-year of experience in a related field employed, meaningful and verifiable work history
  • Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Prior experience with proposal writing or RFP responses is highly desired.
    • Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    • Expertise in PowerPoint and presentation design
