As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible security-related presence that may help to deter incidents. You will be a steady point of contact for employees and visitors, using clear communication and customer service to support daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout lobbies, office areas, ATM and vestibule areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns per post orders.
• Monitor access points and visitor traffic, assist with badge and/or credential checks as directed, and help to control entry to restricted areas in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical situations, and/or suspicious activity, and request additional support when needed.
• Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts, and assist with coordination during drills and/or special events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
