As a Security Officer - Unarmed Rover, Clearance Required in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and calls for service. You will document activities, communicate clearly with site contacts and teammates, and support access control and visitor guidance. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and access control procedures at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct routine and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor alarms, surveillance systems, and communications equipment; document observations and report irregularities per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, supporting evacuations, and coordinating with on-site representatives and/or first responders as directed.
• Complete detailed shift logs, patrol reports, and incident reports, and assist with badge checks, deliveries, and visitor processing in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
