As a Security Officer Armed Clearance Required Aerospace in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control, and respond to incidents with calm, professional communication. Your visible presence helps to discourage security-related issues while you deliver outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures and access control requirements at an aero and defense location.
• Perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal policies, post orders, and applicable laws and/or regulations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting, documentation, and notification per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems, and complete required logs, incident reports, and shift turnover communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
