As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible, and watch for security-related concerns such as suspicious activity, policy violations, and access issues. You will provide strong customer service, clear communication, and timely incident reporting while partnering with store teams and responding to calls for assistance. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and store guests by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales floors, entrances and exits, stock areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter theft, vandalism, and disorderly conduct through high-visibility presence, proactive guest engagement, and timely notification to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe activity using patrol checks, assigned equipment, and/or camera systems, and assist with crowd and traffic flow during peak shopping periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
