Security Recycling Manager

Allied Universal is seeking to hire a Full Time Security Recycling Manager at a Tech site in Cupertino, CA.

Salary: $125,000.00 / yr

*Must have security program management experience*

Allied Universal is looking to hire a Security Recycling Manager. To support and ensure success in this role, we provide a comprehensive, week-long management onboarding course designed to provide best practices, tools and guidance.

• Be at least 18 years of age with Master’s degree in a related discipline such as security operations, engineering or other relevant disciplines, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of security program management experience
• Experience at a recycling facility, or on a role related to recycling operations, in a position as Operations Manager, Security Manager or Site Supervisor, would be a plus
• Global auditing experience in a recycling facility preferred
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
• Expertise in physical security consulting, design, implementation, risk assessments and mitigation
• Conduct audits and investigations of security incidents
• Manage employees with various skills and security disciplines
• Experience working with cross functional teams, including engineering, recycling and supply chain innovation
• Proven experience in the development, scalability, and efficiency of coordinated security and quality-oriented programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in corporate security procedures
• Flexible and willing to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
